I followed the mayo component of this recipe, adding 1 Tbsp. of apple cider vinegar since, to me, mayo should be tangy. (It’s weird not including mustard and pepper, but of course that’s a seed-based spice.) I also reduced the garlic to 2 cloves. It’s still pretty thin, but it’ll thicken as it cools. I used homemade coconut butter (dried coconut blended with some coconut oil until it was smooth). I blended this for a couple minutes in my BlendTec to make it smooth. The flavour is good – I’ll report back on how I like it with and in foods.
