Last night, I read these posts: Why you need to stop worrying about the color of your ketostix and Do I need ketosticks. I expect that I’m unlikely to buy more ketostix once the box of 50 I bought is gone, but I have found them interesting in the meantime. After my ~145 net carb day Wednesday, my ketone level registered as low. It was back up 1 level yesterday. So it’s good to know that the occasional day like that doesn’t pull me all the way out of ketosis or even reduce my level of ketosis for long.

(The posts I linked to refer to staying under 20 (I assume net) g carbs. I’m glad that I’ve been able to get into ketosis at 80-100 net carbs — it’s nice to still be able to have some of the fruits and vegetables that I enjoy.)
