I stopped by one of the Asian markets near me on my way home from work. These went really well together.

1 lb salmon fillet

salt and pepper.

1 Tbsp. ghee

Heat the ghee in a lidded stainless steel frying pan over medium heat. Add the salmon and turn the heat down to medium low. Cover the pan and cook for about 10 minutes, or until it’s as cooked as you’d like. Pour any oil that has accumulated in the bottom of the pan over the fillet.

Meanwhile, cook the zucchni:

2 large zucchini, diced

2 Tbsp. ghee

1 tsp. garlic powder


salt and pepper

3/4 tsp. turmeric

1/4 tsp. cayenne

Heat the ghee over medium heat and add the zucchini. Add the spices and stir well. Cook until the zucchini is as cooked as you’d like, stirring regularly to stop the spices from burning.
