I’m glad I’ve been keeping this blog since I started eating low carb – it’s a good reality check sometimes. I read back over the last couple years blog posts and realized that 214 is not unusually high for me – it’s a weight I’ve been at quite frequently.

The new clothes I bought through the wardrobing service have made me much more physically comfortable and have helped with my confidence. I haven’t pulled all the clothes I need to out of my closet yet, but I’ve made a good start.

I skipped TOPS this week – it was a busy day at work and I didn’t feel up to it.

I used a keto strip today and it showed trace ketones.
