I ended a not-very-low-carb week with a very indulgent Sunday – butter tarts, cake, bread, and crackers at a party and then Chinese noodle soup in the evening. I debated between fasting and just trying to eat normally today and decided to fast other than bulletproof coffee until lunch.
I started the day with bulletproof coffee. (1 Tbsp each butter and MCT oil.) At work, I had lamb and fried onions for lunch, low carb chocolate pudding, spicy salami, walnuts and pistachios for snacks. I indulged in 1 clementine and 1 square of 72% cacao chocolate.
Tonight, I had homemade pumpkin cheesecake, cauliflower, cheese, and ham casserole, and a glass of red wine.
I feel much better today.
