I feel like I’ve been vaguely sick about half the time since Thanksgiving (almost 3 weeks). Today, I had muscle aches, a headache, and was freezing in a 23 degree office.

On my way home, I picked up some Jamaican chicken curry and ate it, potatoes and all. I never know if I increase my carbs a bit when I’m feeling ill because it might help with my symptoms or just for comfort. Probably a bit of both.

Anyway, I have an hour and a half to relax before I have to head out for an appointment.
