I’m still struggling to get enough sodium – I’ve been getting light-headed recently. Tonight, I had shredded pork rind ‘noodles’, cooked in turkey broth and seasoned with lots of soy sauce. Then I had a bunch of olives. I feel much better now.

I’m tempted to try to find some sodium chloride pills to take with my magnesium citrate.  Despite the sodium that I get from processed meats and cheese, it seems like on a ketogenic diet I struggle to get enough.
