200 g table cream

50 g salted butter

pinch salt

20 drops sucralose

80 g VitaFiber syrup

300 g walnuts

Puree all the ingredients for several minutes, scraping down several times. Taste and adjust the sweetness or saltiness if you like. Scrape into a covered container and refrigerate.

I also recommend cleaning out the blender by blending water and then drinking it – mmm, chocolatey.
