This is really tasty.
1 green bell pepper, diced
turkey drippings – fat and congealed broth
About 2 cups cooked turkey thigh, chopped
about 12 ounces ham, chopped (I admit this was canned ham, but it had 0 carbs per 90 g serving)
about 1 cup cream of mushroom soup (I made it a while ago without the cream and froze it in 1 cup portions to use in recipes)
1/2 cup table cream
Fry the green bell pepper in the turkey fat. Add the remaining ingredients except the table cream. Bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes. Taste and season with lots of pepper and some salt if it needs it. Add the table cream and bring back to a simmer. Serve over cooked sliced cabbage.
