Yesterday, I was around 40 net carbs. (I went out to dinner and had a glass of red wine and a cobb salad.) Today, I’m down around 29.

Starting tomorrow, I’m adjusting my goal back down to 20 net carbs. I haven’t done that much worse since I adjusted my goal to 25 net carbs, but it would be good to try to get a couple weeks in under 20 net carbs.
