Snacks – 3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds, Atkins peanut granola bar, Atkins pecan caramel clusters, 2 poached eggs with butter, black tea, green tea, diet ginger ale, 2 slices provolone. 8 net carbs.

Lunch – Tuna in olive oil, romaine lettuce, mayonnaise, olives. 4 net carbs.

Dinner – Steak with butter and fried cabbage. 5 net carbs.
