Atkins is still going well – haven’t had any days under 22 net carbs but I’m creeping closer – but I’m experiencing a bit of constipation so I decided to supplement with psyllium today. (1 Tbsp psyllium powder mixed into water.)

I had a couple glasses of red wine with coworkers after work but I didn’t eat anything with the wine. Instead, I came home and had some romaine with cheese and homemade ranch dressing. I have some drumsticks cooking, too.
