I’ve been making Sriracha mayo for a while – stirring sriracha into mayo. It’s good, of course, but this week I decided to try making it with my homemade chili sauce. (Red thai chiles, stemmed but seeds left in, pureed with vinegar and a bit of salt.) So much better! Sriracha contains sugar and I don’t actually want my spicy mayo to be sweet.

I’ve been eating it with leftover Costco roast chicken.
