Damn it. I have to remind myself that at least I have the tools to lose the weight again.

I’ve stayed away from the alcohol this week, which should help. But I’ve also had my fair share of indulgences.

I ate at a local gastro pub that had an almost perfect LCHF dish on the menu – a duck salad with a roasted duck breast, greens, a not-sweet dressing, and the part that made it almost perfect, a bunch of beets. It was really yummy.

Today, I picked up lunch to eat with my grandma at a Korean grocery store. It was a chirashi salad – greens, raw fish, a bit of roe and seaweed, and Korean chili bean paste. The chili bean paste is sweet, unfortunately,  but other than that it’s a nice, low-carb meal.
