Mornings are much easier without breakfast! I walked to work without hunger.

I fasted from about 9 pm yesterday to about 2 pm today, 17 hours. I had coffee and tea with heavy cream during that time. I broke my fast with veggie sticks and onion dip and pork burgers with salsa. Yum!

The only ill-effect I’ve noticed is a touch of constipation. I have psyllium at home, so I’ll try taking some on days when I fast.
