It’s good to be down below 210 again! I had a beer the night before weigh-in, so I’m especially pleased to see a loss.

I made a batch of chocolate peanut butter fat bombs only this time I just kept the mixture in a jar at room temperature and ate spoonfuls of it. (Cleaning the silicone molds is a pain in the butt.) A lot of spoonfuls of it. Thankfully, despite the yacon syrup, it seems to have been net positive for my weight. I’m out of coconut oil and yacon syrup now (coconut oil to be remedied shortly whereas yacon syrup is too pricey to be a regular item) so I’ll try a different fat bomb next time.
