When I’ve made holy grail crust (I like this recipe because I think it’s easier to measure the ingredients by weight) to bring to a friend’s house, I’ve typically brought it baked. Today, my oven was temporarily out of commission so I brought it unbaked. I rolled it out on a silpat, rolled the silpat up with the crust in it, and then put the rolled silpat in a plastic bag. Obviously, you need to be a bit careful not to crush it, but it worked fine and baked up just as well.
