Easter weekend was social – I attended a Good Friday barbecue and Easter Sunday turkey dinner. I had 3 Bloody Mary’s and a few nachos at the barbecue, but otherwise stayed on plan. In hindsight, I should have brought a fatty dip to go with the meat, but I just had something fatty after I got home.
At Sunday dinner, I had a couple slices of baguette, a piece of shortbread, and a slice of cherry pie with whipped cream. Oh, and I had an order of chicken fries (17 net carbs) from Burger King on Sunday, too.
My digestion is a bit off but my weight doesn’t seem to be up too much today. Fingers crossed I still hit my 40 lbs on Thursday.
