Woo-hoo! 1 lb to 40 lbs – it’s back in sight.

I had a few indulgences this week – several glasses of red wine, dal makhani with a few bites of naan, a sugar-sweetened hard candy, roasted chicken with a sweet glaze – but overall stayed mostly on plan. Mostly, though, I think I’d actually lost a couple pounds last week but was holding some water weight for my weigh in so instead I weighed up 1/2 lb.
