This turned out great – a nice soft set and a good balance of chocolate and sweetness.
1 cup Aroy-D coconut milk or similar
1 cup water
6 drops sucralose
6 saccharin tablets
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
Combine all of the ingredients except the egg in a microwave-safe container. Microwave until the liquid comes to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
In another container, mix the egg with a stick blender. With the stick blender running, add the hot liquid gradually until all of it is incorporated.
Pour the mixture into individual containers and refrigerate until set.
