Based on this recipe. I enjoyed the smoked salmon cream cheese that I made so much that I decided to make another flavoured cream cheese. I’m going to refrigerate it for a while to let the flavours combine, but what I licked off the spoon tasted pretty darned good.
250g cream cheese
185g can tuna in oil, undrained
1/2 cup homemade mayonnaise
1/4 cup drained capers
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Beat together all the ingredients until smooth. Season to taste with black pepper. Refrigerate.
