Fry a chopped onion in olive oil. Add 4 sausages (raw), casings removed and meat broken into bite sized pieces. Cook until the sausage is browned. Add around 2 cups of canned tomatoes, crushed in your hand if whole. Add a teaspoon each of basil and oregano. Add 1/2 cup white wine. Bring to a simmer and then season to taste with salt and pepper. Add a couple tablespoons of sliced sundries tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. I ate this with garlic bread made with cashew butter bread.
