I read through the Low Carb Challenge yesterday, thinking it might help me to lose a few holiday pounds.

I’m going to try food logging here since I don’t measure most things so myfitnesspal ends up feeling like overkill. Today:

  • Chai with Splenda minis and heavy cream (a few of these)
  • Eggs fried in coconut oil with mozzarella and salsa
  • Brussels sprouts roasted in coconut oil
  • Spare ribs with homemade barbecue sauce
  • Beef heart chili with low carb cheese biscuits
  • Slice of cashew butter bread
  • Pork rinds
  • Pumpkin custard
