I had 200 g of cashews in the freezer, so I made bread using this recipe. I added 50 g of almonds to make the full cup. (A volume to weight converter online said that 1 cup of cashew butter weighs 256 g.) Instead of blending the cashews and almonds into butter just blended the whole nuts with the other ingredients in my BlendTec until the batter was very smooth.

It has a more neutral flavour than almond butter bread but a similar texture. I like it.
