4 turnips, peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
1 shallot, minced
1-2 cups chopped cooked chicken meat
1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
Melt the butter in a frying pan. Add the turnip and start cooking it. You want it to get a bit soft and a bit browned.
Add the shallot and continue cooking until it’s tender. Add the bacon and chicken. Season with salt and pepper. Continue cooking until it’s as browned as you’d like. Eat. This served 2.
