Based on this recipe.

2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water (I swished the water in the heavy cream carton to get any remaining heavy cream)
10 ounces frozen unsweetened strawberries (half a 600 g bag)
2 cups heavy cream
24 drops liquid sucralose, or more to taste.

Sprinkle the gelatin over 1/4 cup cold water in a shallow bowl; let stand 5 minutes to soften. Microwave the gelatin-water mixture for as long as it takes to fully dissolve it, stirring it every 15 seconds.

Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients into a heavy-duty blender. Pour the hot gelatin mixture on top and immediately puree until the mixture is smooth. The texture will be mousse-y because the gelatin will set quickly when it contacts the icy strawberries.

Serve immediately or refrigerate and eat later.
