The pork box I bought included finely ground pork. It’s a bit leaner than I’d prefer, which is why I fried the burgers in bacon fat. These were yummy.

Season 1 lb ground pork with salt, pepper, garlic, and worcestershire sauce. Form into 4 patties.

Heat bacon fat in a cast iron pan and fry the burgers until done.

I ate these with green beans roasted in bacon fat.
