I didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so I pulled some cauliflower in sauce that I had in the freezer. It turns out that it had satay sauce on it – yum! I thought it had sundried tomato cream sauce on it, which I wasn’t as much in the mood for.

I ate it with the other half of the rainbow trout fillet I cooked at lunch. (I ate the first half on salad greens.)
