1 can salmon, drained and larger bones removed (my dogs love them)

1/4 cup almond flour

1 egg

1 small bunch green onions, chopped

butter for frying

Combine the salmon, almond flour, egg, and green onions. Form into 4 patties. Fry in butter until both sides are browned, about 7 minutes per side.

I served it over a salad of pre-washed greens dressed with orange flavoured olive oil, a touch of red wine vinegar, and salt.
