Based on this recipe. I wanted the dressing to be creamy so I added an egg and blended it as I do mayo. I added everything at the same time to a wide mouth mason jar and blended with my stick blender. Despite the soy sauce, I did find I needed to add some salt.
1 egg
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1 tablespoon tahini
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1 ½ teaspoon soy sauce
2 drops sucralose
¼ cup avocado oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
Salt to taste
