I made this again today, only this time since I didn’t have any almond butter on hand so I took the whole almonds, pulsed them in the BlendTec until they were finely ground and starting to stick together, then added the rest of the ingredients and blended for about a minute and a half until everything was smooth. It was a lot quicker blending the almonds with the liquid ingredients than blending and scraping to get almond butter. The bread turned out as well as bread where I used almond butter or made almond butter first, so this is definitely how I’ll be making it moving forward.
