1 head cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces


200 g cream cheese

1-2 cups ground beef cooked with taco seasoning (leftovers from taco salad on Friday)

1 bunch green onions, chopped

1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno

grated cheddar

Toss the cauliflower with butter and then roast it until it’s tender.

Mix the cream cheese, ground beef, green onions, and cauliflower. Pour the mixture into a baking pan and top it with grated cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the cheese is a bit browned. Eat.
