I made fat head pizza again. Love that suff! This time, my toppings were tomato sauce green olives, jarred roasted red peppers, cooking onions sliced incredibly thinly, and freshly grated parmesan cheese. The combination of toppings was great. I tried cooking the crust for a shorter time – I preferred the taste this way but the inner slices were a bit floppy. I want to try some different cooking temperatures to see if I can get the crust crisp but not browned before the toppings go on it.
