I made some almond butter in my BlendTec a little while ago and have been meaning to make almond butter bread ever since. This time, I followed this recipe. I came close to no changes, but it turned out I only had 375 g of almond butter, so I topped up with 75 g of peanut butter. It turned out great anyway – much lighter textured than any of the other almond butter bread recipes I’ve tried.

I’m very curious to try this bread but I’ll have to figure out where to buy psyllium seed (as opposed to husk) first.
