I followed this recipe, using liquid sucralose and cyclamate as the sweeteners, using 2 duck eggs instead of 3 chicken eggs, omitting the cloves, adding 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, and using avocado oil as the oil. It turned out nicely – it’s firmer than pumpkin pie, so it goes better without a crust, but definitely not bread or square like. I didn’t make the frosting – I’m sure it would be better with that.
