I picked up some MCT oil (Now brand, on sale for $35 for 32 oz) to see if I notice any difference using it in Bulletproof coffee instead of coconut oil. I think my coffee turned out a bit less foamy, but it’s probably not a fair test since I was using 2 Tbsp. each coconut oil and butter and in this case I used only a tablespoon of MCT oil and probably a bit under a tablespoon of butter. (The last of the butter in the butter dish. One nice thing about not eating bread is that there are never crumbs in the butter.) I don’t notice any flavour.

I’ll report back on any differences I notice.
