I followed this recipe, with these changes: didn’t sweeten the crust, used 3/4 cup erythritol + 1/4 tsp. stevia to sweeten the filling, omitted the coconut oil in the filling. The filling is great but I don’t particularly like the egg in the crust. It does hold it together, but it’s almost too crisp for me. It may soften in the next few days as it picks up some moisture from the filling.
