This was some of my advance cooking for the week. It tastes good reheated, too.
some fat – I used coconut oil
1″ ginger, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2-4 Tbsp. chili bean paste, or to taste
~1 1/2 lb green beans
Heat the fat and fry the garlic, ginger, and green onions for a minute or so. Add the chili bean paste and continue frying for a couple minutes. Add the green beans and stir and fry until the beans are coated. Put a lid on the pan and continue cooking until the beans are as cooked as you’d like, stirring every couple minutes.
