So I’m eating down my non-autoimmune paleo compliant foods with an eye to shifting my eating to more compliant foods. I finished my eggs on the weekend and now I’m finishing dairy products and chocolate. I chose mint and chamomile tea at work instead of coffee. And I picked up some raw sauerkraut, mint tea, ginger tea, and rooibos tea to make avoiding coffee and caffeinated tea at home easier. (I also picked up some licorice root, which it turns out is not compliant.)

On the other hand, I had a gluten-free sandwich cookie, a bite of cake, some pistachios, some peanut flour bread,  and a sugar-free mint dark chocolate bar.

OK, it’s a weird definition of “in the right direction”, but I also had a good serving of veg with fat at all 3 meals.
