My dad bought a fitbit and was curious to see how much I actually walk. I wore it for a full day for the first time yesterday, and was over 10,000 steps, which wasn’t surprising.

The thing I’m finding more interesting is its measure of sleep quality. My first night I was in bed for 7 1/2 hours but only slept 5 1/2. My second night I was in bed 9 1/2 hours and pretty much slept the whole time.
