I picked up a package of frozen squid tubes at the Vietnamese markets. A couple days ago, I thawed it in the fridge thinking I’d bread it with coconut flour and deep fry it. I was too lazy and I needed to cook it, so I got my wok very hot, cut them into rings, added some oil to the wok (avocado oil – picked some up at Costco), and stir-fried them for 2 minutes. They were nice and tender. I ate them hot with sriracha mayo. They reheated pretty well in the microwave. (Be sure to use a cover – microwaving squid is messy.)

I forgot to pull off the membrane before slicing the squid into rings – oops. It made eating it a bit messy since strings of membrane kept coming off.
