As I’ve been having a bit more success at getting my protein and carbohydrates down, I don’t think I’ve been doing enough to get my sodium up. Today, I stepped on a tiny bit of glass in the kitchen that I’d missed last time I broke a glass and I felt woozy for an hour. Anyway, I ate 20 green olives and now I’m drinking a cup of salted homemade broth. I’m feeling better.
