Based on this recipe. This was a hit with my decidedly not low carb friends. We ate it with lots of vanilla stevia

  • 400 g frozen squash, thawed
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream or 1 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar Twin brown
  • 9 drops sucralose
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Blend all the ingredients and pour them into a pie plate. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour, until firm. Cool and eat.
