I followed this recipe, with these changes: Didn’t marinate the chicken but added the lemon juice to the tomato mixture. Used 8 bone-in chicken thighs and drumsticks instead of breasts. Used butter instead of vegetable oil and sour cream and heavy cream. Added 2 chopped jalapenos.
I made some ghee at the same time and tossed in the milk solids for extra flavour. (I just used a fine sieve instead of cheesecloth.)
