My friend came over for our first TOPS alternative meeting yesterday. We weighed in on my home digital scale – I weighed 212, which is 0.2 lbs up from my last TOPS weigh in.

I’m making good progress on upping my fat and limiting my carbohydrates and protein. Yesterday, I ate 36 net carbs, 28 g fiber, and 122 g protein. I’d like to get the protein under 100, but this was movement in the right direction.
