When I logged in to My Fitness Pal for the first time in 2 1/2 years, it had my weight as 248.5 lbs and it had one day of food journaling from November 2012. It really puts my frustration at returning to 211.8 lbs at last week’s TOPS meeting into perspective.

I ate 330 g of carbohydrate that day, probably not an unusual amount. Here’s my food for the day. (I was vegetarian at the time.)
