I went to a friend’s house for dinner tonight and we made this recipe, with these changes: crushed pork rinds instead of the almond flour, butter instead of oil, omitted the baking powder, no eggs (forgot them), more cheese, and omitted the optional jalapenos. It occurs to me that we didn’t follow the recipe very well. Anyway, it’s amazing! I’ll definitely make it again – next time, with the jalapenos.
