*sigh* Once again, I believe I need to start tracking (and stop eating so much sweetened peanut butter straight from the jar) to resume losing weight.

Tonight’s meeting was pretty frustrating. One of the leaders decided to do a program on fats. She has limited understanding of science and tends to conflate unrelated ideas. She told the group that canola oil was made from corn. She’s convinced that heating olive oil makes it toxic.
