I like blue cheese dressing (largely to go with chicken wings and carrot sticks) and caesar salad dressing (for caesar salad, of course) but they’re relatively expensive and contain low-quality fats, so I tried not buying them. I can make them myself, of course, but what was actually happening was that I was just eating way less salad. This was driving up my protein intake.

Anyway, Zehrs had store-brand salad dressing on sale, so I picked up bottled blue cheese salad dressing (1 carb per tablespoon) and bacon caesar dressing (0 carbs per tablespoon) for $2 per 500 mL bottle. I just had a caesar salad. It’s not as good as Renees, but it did taste good.
