I’ve had a cold, so I’ve been exercising less and consuming a fair number of sugar-free lozenges. But it was still a bit sad to be up again.

I looked up the TOPS member who presented Why We Get Fat to my TOPS group almost 2 years ago. I emailed her to thank her since, without the information she provided, I expect I would have lost 10 lbs or so and then struggled to keep it off. Compared to losing 38 lbs (sigh – I’ll hit 40 lbs one day) and keeping it off easily, it’s pretty amazing.
